Michael oversees the leadership, marketing, and  business development of Gold Real Estate. and is developing an ER (emergency room) + medical in Texas, and active in commercial real estate brokerage.   

He was responsible for the leasing of retail destinations including Underground Atlanta, Jekyll Island, Vickery Village, and Columbus Riverfront.  He provided expert leadership for business expansions including Sony, UPS, Airgas, Great Clips, Tommys Car Wash, and Bp/Amoco, ensuring a fast-paced source of locations in
response to a hyper-competitive marketplace.  

Michael earned an MBA from Mercer Business School, and a BA in marketing from the University of Florida.

Tammy places client satisfaction as her top priority. She has negotiated real estate leases and delivered new business for significant projects in Las Vegas, Birmingham, and Atlanta. She has leadership expertise in management, agency leasing, large-tract land sales, outparcel sales, and development services.

Her current portfolio includes two regional enclosed malls, both anchored by Dillard’s and Belk’s. She also has property management, agency leasing, and exclusive sales of projects in Alabama and Georgia.

Tammy is one of 4% of commercial realtors who have earned the CCIM designation. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama in Birmingham (UAB) in finance and real estate.

Jim has worked closely with the franchise owners of The UPS Store for the past 30 years, including Mail Boxes Etc. Jim is regarded as the national expert in the business sales and franchising industry. He has worked with Gold Commercial for 20 years and is a Business graduate of the University of Mississippi.

Hunter Garcheck

Producer, Partner

Residing in Dallas, Texas, Hunter is experienced in real estate sectors of multi-family, retail, and office. His recent projects include financial analysis, proforma modeling, site selection, market research. A business owner in his own right, Hunter had for many years a lakeside boat and yacht cleaning business in north Texas.

Hunter attended Southern Methodist University (SMU) and studied real estate finance, where he earned his Texas commercial real estate license.
